CHRISTIAN UNION

Hello! We’re Anna and Wesley (both studying History), and we’re the CU Reps for Harris Manchester College! 

 

Harris Manchester is Oxford’s only mature college, taking students 21 years old and over. Everyone comes to HMC with a different story, and like our college, the HMC CU welcomes students of all different backgrounds and nationalities.

 

 We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who came to live as we should have lived, died in our place, and rose again from the dead, so that anyone who believes in him might know everlasting love and eternal life. We think that this news changes everything in our lives, and is the most important thing that anyone could hear. 

 

Whatever your relationship with faith, whether you’d call yourself a “Christian” or not, we’d love to welcome you to our events. We host regular prayer meetings every week, and a Bible study every other week. We also enjoy eating together, playing board games and having coffee. We especially love hanging out at Cafe 360 on Friday nights for free bubble tea and board games with the rest of OICCU, but would love to accompany you to any other OICCU events as well!
